Prospective Donors,

The MacDill Varsity Volleyball Team (Hurricane Varsity Volleyball), a part of Military Bay, USA, is seeking donations for their upcoming season expenses.  This season, the team is hoping to play in 5-6 tournaments inclusive of hosting a home tournament scheduled for October 5-6th, 2024 in Tampa, FL.

This team is dedicated to fostering camraderie, teamwork, and athletic excellence amongst our service members.  However, unlike other Air Force bases, they face unique challenges due to limited apace on our base, which hinders their ability to host tournaments without incurring significant expenses.  As an example, last year, the team was able to host 20+ Air Force Varsity teams from all over the country.  The cost of the tournament was around $10K entirely paid for by the team.  Your generous support will help cover essential expenses such as travel and lodging for away tournaments, facilities rental, referee fees, insurance, and other logistical costs associated with hosting the home tournament off base.

We are seeking various donation tiers to accomodate your level of support:

Title: $10,000
Platinum: $7,500
Gold: $5,000
Silver: $2,500
Bronze: $1,000
Supporter: $500

Additionally, your contribution will not only contribute to the success of the team but also align with Tampa's mission of supporting our military community.  Your contribution is tax-deductible as the team is affiliated with a non-profit organization, providing your business with a valuable opportunity for a tax write-off via Hurricane Varsity Volleyball (EIN: 93-1498468).
